Firstly, many Chinese people think homosexual is a threat to society and dangerous, they still keep own traditional belief, lack of understanding to homosexuality, just to be an anti- gay person, just follow the conservative standpoint. Thereby, some of Chinese homosexuals stand lots of suffer under the pressure. For example, an Anhui province lesbian tried to suicide when her parents forced her to marry men. Her parents arranged a weeding, but she just loves women, and she has to bear this kind of emotion pain.

There is a report talk about 90% Chinese gay me marry ‘suffering’ women. A controversial new report claims that roughly 16 million Chinese women are married to gay men due to cultural pressure. This kind of tragedy marriage is unfair to their wives, women is victim. Now homosexuals were forced to marry opposite-sex under the family and society pressure is becoming a quite serious issue.

Secondly, homosexuals wish to get a reasonable treatment and view in society is not a high demand. This is the only wish they have, however people give them too much peculiar view even blame. Many different countries are accepting of homosexual behavior/relationships. Typically, a lot of countries in Europe, North and South America, and parts of Asia are more or less accepting of gays, lesbians, bisexuals. China should follow world's trend, turn back homosexuals liberty and own life style.

First of all, A hundred years have passed since the writing of China’s first constitution. 2008 also marks the sixtieth anniversary of the promulgation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the thirtieth anniversary of the appearance of the Democracy Wall in Beijing. China constitution says that “all citizen of the people’s republic of China are equal rights before the law. That means it should include homosexuals. China should give homosexual equal rights to marriage. The civil liberties mentioned in the action plan are already guaranteed by Chinese laws or the Constitution.

Secondly, the UnitedNations including homosexuals. China is a member of United Nations, so it should follow the United Nations law, not disobeys it.

For example, New York law is clear that most individuals, businesses and non-profits cannot discriminate against same-sex married couples or their families, even for religious reasons.

Everyone has the right to choose their own life, people should respect it. China is a large country with a population of around 1.3 billion. And, the existion of male homosexual accounting for 2 to4 percent of the adult male population in china. While, some of the homosexual marry with opposite sex for follow the society and family pressure. Because to be a homosexual in pubulic still hard now.

 

I am going to argue for legalization of homosexual marriage in China. There are 3 points for argue why they should marry legal in China inadittion the evidence. The first arguments will be that homosexual is a normal phenomenon and natural behavior, the second arguments will be ,everyone has right to marry include homosexual and finally I will discuss homosexual marriage is no threat to society.
